Low Speed Vehicle Guidelines
How to operate a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV)
The carts must be driven by a licensed driver
The carts cannot be driven on any roads with a speed limit of 40mph or greater
Driving on paths, sidewalks, trails, or where electric carts are prohibited by signage is illegal
All other traffic laws are applicable to carts (turn signal usage, speed limits, stop signs and lights, etc.)
LSVs operate like any electric vehicle!
The LSVs we rent have a top speed of 25mph, a range of 35 miles, and will fully recharge in about 4-6 hours
No special adapter for charging necessary; they plug directly into any house outlet
